Join me for this 50 minute flow. We start with a grounding meditation, some breath work, build into a flow and finish with a savasana.

Spinal Focused Flow

A 30 minute vinyasa flow where we focus on our spinal mobility! Plenty of twists, folds and gentle backbending. Perfect after a day at the desk! Suitable for all levels.

20 Minute Stretch

A 20 minute slow and stretchy practice. Perfect to wind down on an evening or if things are feeling a little bit tight!

20 Minute Energising Flow

A 20 minute flow, designed to energise the body! Perfect for first thing in the morning or for when you want a quick flow. Suitable for all levels, modifications given throughout!

Flow to Dancer

Join me for this 45 minute flow working towards a peak posture: The Dancer! We build up slowly, working on back bends and balance. Suitable for all levels as modifications given throughout!

30 Minute Full Body Flow

A 30 minute vinyasa flow for the whole body! We work on strengthening and stretching. Suitable for ALL LEVELS, modifications given throughout. 

20 Minute Power Flow - CORE

20 Minute power flow, focusing on the core! Suitable for ALL LEVELS, including beginners. Modifications given throughout!

Twist and Flow

A 30 minute ALL LEVELS twisty flow! Enjoy lots of lovely twists to leave the mid back feeling amazing. Beginner friendly. 

30 Minute Full Body Stretch

30 minute nourishing full body stretch! We work through the whole body at a slow pace. Perfect for achey muscles or if you just want to improve your mobility! Enjoy.

20 Minute of Power

A short but fiery power flow. Mainly lower body focused. Suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis!

45 Minute Ladder Flow

45 minute heart opening ladder flow. This class is suitable for all levels. Enjoy lots of twists! 

30 Minute Wind Down

A lovely relaxing 30 minute wind down flow. Suitable for all levels. Stretch and relax. A perfect evening flow. Enjoy!

Upper Body Focused Flow

25 minute flow that's all about the upper body! Suitable for all levels. It would be handy to have a block and a strap (can use a dressing gown tie if you don't have a yoga strap) nearby. Enjoy!

Hip Mobility Flow

A 30 mobility mobility flow focusing on the hips! This class is suitable for all levels and will leave the hips feeling lovely. 

Twist Focused Flow

Join me for this 50 minute flow full of twists! This is a dynamic flow class with lots of active and passive twists. Suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis!

Balance Focus Flow

A 30 minute balance focused flow. We work on single leg balance, tree and some arm balancing. Suitable for all levels.

30 Minute Power Flow

A 30 minute fast paced Power Flow! Get the muscles burning, focusing on abs and lower body. Suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis! 

Flow to Half Moon

Join me in this 50 minute flow where we flow towards a peak posture of Half Moon pose. We work on rotation of the hip and strength in side plank. Suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis.

A 30 minute fiery dynamic flow class. Suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis! 

Mid Back Twisty Flow

In this 30 minute vinyasa flow we work on the active and passive mobility of the mid back. This enables to increase mid back range of movement and strength. 

Hips and Twists Flow

A 45 minute dynamic flow focusing on hips and twists!

Power Flow

A 20 minute fiery power flow! This will get heart rate going and the muscles burning! More suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis!

A Gentle Flow

A lovely 30 minute gentle flow; slow and stretchy style. We work through stretches for the whole body which will leave you feeling amazing. 

Happy Hamstrings Flow

A 30 minute energising flow to give the hamstrings some love! In this 30 minute flow we work on strengthening and lengthening the hamstrings.

A lovely and gentle full body flow that will leave you feeling amazing!

A 45 minute dynamic Flow class. We concentrate on the spine with some lovely bits of balance work in there too. Enjoy!
